China Clean Energy Summit 2017

The Eighth Clean Energy Ministerial is taking place over 6-8 June 2017 in Beijing, China. This event is a global partnership of 24 countries that account for 90 percent of global clean energy investments (and 75 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions).

Attached to this year's Summit is a 3-day exhibition for global renewable tech companies in the China National Convention Centre. This event will be attended by business leaders, investors, ministers, and the public. There is a global call for exhibitors. The application form is available here (with applications closing 11.59pm on Friday 31 March 2017).

If you really want to stand out from the crowd, there is a new event also happening alongside the Summit and Exhibition. It is the 'Innovation Theatre', a day of TED-style talks to showcase new and emerging clean energy innovations. If you're an innovator, scientist, or other R&D leader from a company or research lab, you are invited to apply to present your game-changing clean energy innovations and inspirations. The application form is available here (applications close 11.59pm on Friday 31 March 2017).

More information about the CEM8 Summit and accompanying events is available through this brochure.
